Your emotional privacy is our highest priority. Mood Tracker & Daily Journal is engineered as an offline-first mobile application. 100% of your personal diary entries, mood scores, custom tags, and habit logs are saved strictly in your device's local SQLite database.

Mood Tracker & Daily Journal offers an optional, auto-renewing Ad-Free Pro subscription tier.

• •Payment Processing: All financial transactions and recurring subscription billing are handled directly by Google Play Billing. Pynath Technologies does not collect or store your payment card details.
• •Receipt Validation (RevenueCat): We integrate the RevenueCat SDK (operated by RevenueCat, Inc.) to authenticate purchase receipts, verify entitlement status, and restore active subscriptions. RevenueCat processes an anonymous App User ID, transaction timestamps, and purchase history. For more information, review the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• •Strict Data Isolation: RevenueCat has zero access to your journal notes, emotions, or mood logs.

To maintain the core features of Mood Tracker & Daily Journal free of charge for non-paying users, the application integrates Google AdMob.

• •Advertising Identifiers: Google AdMob may process standard device advertising IDs (Google Advertising ID) and crash diagnostics to deliver contextual or personalized ads.
• •Sandboxed Protection: AdMob operates in a strict sandbox environment with zero access to your local SQLite database or journal text.
• •Ad-Free Option: Subscribing to Mood Tracker Ad-Free completely disables and halts all Google AdMob ad requests.

Mood Tracker & Daily Journal provides an optional Biometric Lock (Fingerprint or Face Unlock) and 4-digit PIN lock.

• •Hardware Security: Biometric authentication is managed entirely by Android's native BiometricPrompt system API. The application never accesses, reads, or stores biometric templates or fingerprint vectors.
• •Tamper-Evident Local Backups: Exported .moodbackup files are saved directly onto your device storage with a cryptographic SHA-256 integrity checksum. Users are responsible for safeguarding their exported backup files.

Under international privacy standards (including GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act), you retain full sovereign control over your personal emotional records:

• •Right to Portability & Access: You can export your full mood history at any time as a SHA-256 verified backup file (.moodbackup) or generate a consultation PDF directly from the app.
• •Right to Erasure (Instant Data Wipe): You can permanently delete all entries, tags, and habit history via Profile > Reset All Data. Uninstalling the app also immediately destroys the local SQLite database.

Mood Tracker & Daily Journal does not collect personal data from anyone on remote servers, including children under 13. All data recorded remains strictly on the device where the app is installed.
