Terms of Service & Master Agreement

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or subscribing to any platform, software tool, widget, or API provided by Pynath Technologies Private Limited ("Pynath"), you enter into a legally binding contract with Pynath.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing all Pynath properties.

When creating an account across Pynath products, you commit to maintaining accurate and current registration records:

• Information Accuracy: Provide genuine business names, corporate emails, and contact details during account onboarding.
• Credential Safeguarding: Maintain absolute confidentiality of passwords and API keys. You assume legal responsibility for all actions performed under your account credentials.
• Unauthorized Access Notification: Notify Pynath support immediately at [email protected] upon detecting any unauthorized access or credential compromise.

To maintain platform security and service integrity, users agree NOT to engage in any prohibited activity:

Paid subscriptions or custom software services operate under clear billing terms:

• Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis as disclosed at checkout.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are handled securely by certified payment gateway partners. Pynath does not store raw card numbers.
• Tax Invoicing: All statutory charges, taxes, and applicable levies are detailed on invoices issued to your registered account.

All software architecture, source code, UI designs, product workflows, documentation, trademarks, and registered domain assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pynath Technologies Private Limited.

Subscribing to Pynath platforms grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the software during the active subscription period. No title or ownership rights are transferred.

Software services and API endpoints are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to competent court jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.
